Elliott, Don
.
- '58 TR3A Original owner.
8TS 27489 LO - Black with red interior. Impeccably restored to original
in 1990 and Don drives it every chance he gets! He's done over 70,000
miles since and it has been featured on the front cover of Moss Motors
Magazine. In 1998, Don spent 4 weeks in England, visited 16 local TR
club groups and attended the TR Register International Weekend south of Bath.
The Triumph factories in Canley near Coventry had been torn down and Don is
the one who proposed that the Triumph Clubs build a monument on the site where
all our Triumphs were built. The monument was erected on Herald Avenue in 2000
when Don attended the unveiling.
