Triumph drivers invented "Adventure Travel" before it became popular  with people going to the Amazon or climbing a mountain.  With our trips, they are always an adventure - wondering if we will reach our destination and return safely. - Jack Billimack
"That's not a leak... My car is just marking its territory!"
"
I'm convinced that either 100,000,000 TR's were built, or each has had 50 owners... " - Steve Hedke
"
TR's are not something to 'settle for', if you want a winner, they are something to aspire to."
" And to think, it all started with a tractor!" - "Much has been made over the years of the TR having a 'tractor' engine: although this engine was used in various forms for many years in the Ferguson tractors manufactured by Standard-Triumph, this was not its intended use when conceived" - Bill Piggott
"TRIUMPH still way ahead .....................great fun !!!!!!" - Raymond Van Donk

 HAND PAINTED ENGINE MARKINGS ON TR3's, TR3A's & TR3B's!

This site was created for hard core TR2-TR4 aficionados like myself who have a "thing" for the Triumph TR2-TR4. These cars may not be as luxurious and certainly they don't perform like a modern day vehicle but nothing beats the thrill of driving one and don't ever try to argue the points of reliability and comfort with any Triumph owner!

Enjoy the site and if you have any questions, comments or wish to include something that you feel would be interesting for owners of TR2's thru TR4's please feel free to e-mail me. I urge anyone who is restoring one of these vintage cars to ask as many questions as they can. Most owners are most helpful although some will go to extremes about maintaining originality. Not one owner however will argue that the fun in these cars is driving them and trying to keep them roadworthy. The purpose of this site is to help you in that quest.

Good luck!
